Sales Specialist for Cloud Services & DMS

Your Responsibilities

• Independently build and develop the sales pipeline for our Cloud Services (IaaS, Managed Services, Backup, Monitoring, etc.)
• Manage and expand relationships with our existing ERP clients
• Help define the sales strategy for future DMS solutions, including vendor selection and positioning
• Design and implement sales processes, tools, and CRM structures
• Identify and reach out to potential clients (cold and warm outreach)
• Monitor the market, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities
• Work closely with management, technical, and consulting teams

What You Bring

• Proven experience in selling IT services or solutions
• Passion for topics like cloud, IT infrastructure, ERP, or DMS
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and strong communication skills
• Motivation to build new structures and actively shape the market
• Ideally, experience with CRM tools and structured sales workflows
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)

Abas ERP Consultant Expert – Mostly Remote

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and advise clients on ERP implementation or optimization
• Develop practical solution concepts and implement individual customer requirements
• Take (co-)responsibility for complex client projects in close coordination with the consulting team
• Act as a bridge between clients and developers by translating business needs into technical solutions
• Serve as a point of contact for subject-specific or industry-specific consulting questions
• Collaborate closely with project managers and the technical team, including regular reporting

What You Bring

• Experience with Abas ERP (as a partner or end user) is a big plus, but not essential
• Completed education or degree – either business-focused with IT understanding or technical with business acumen
• 2–3 years of experience as an ERP consultant or business software advisor
• A structured, customer-oriented work style and strong communication skills
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel (around 25%, mainly planned and regional)

• Customize Abas ERP to meet client needs: interface configuration, plugin development, and system extensions

• Share knowledge within the team and help shape a scalable development infrastructure

What You Bring

• Degree or training in computer science (or related), or at least 5 years of hands-on software development experience (career changers welcome!)
• Ideally, some experience with Abas ERP (on the client or partner side) – not a must
• At least 3 years' experience in mid-sized development projects
• Structured, solution-oriented, quality-focused and a team player
• Solid command of written and spoken German

IT System Engineer Linux – Mostly Remote with Technical Autonomy

You know your way around Linux – and enjoy making systems better, not just keeping them running?
Then you might be a great fit for senapsa. We’re looking to expand our IT team, with a focus on ERP environments and connected client infrastructures.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and develop both customer and internal IT systems (Linux servers, networks, virtualization)
• Install and maintain Linux environments (Debian/Ubuntu/Red Hat), perform upgrades, monitor systems, and ensure security
• Provide technical support and consulting during rollouts, migrations, and ERP-related infrastructure projects
• Administer remote access, backup strategies, and recovery plans
• Collaborate closely with project management, support, and development teams

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as a Linux system administrator or system engineer
• Completed IT training or equivalent academic background
• Proficiency in networking and virtualization technologies (e.g. Proxmox, VMware, KVM)
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, shell scripting, and IT security is a plus
• A structured, independent work style and a strong understanding of end-to-end systems
• Good German skills (English is a plus)
